Overview
Repair and maintain building and equipment at the Kent facility.

The pay range is between $ 28.00 per hour and $ 36 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the safe operation of all warehouse and office equipment, such as: warehouse dock doors, dock levelers, HVAC, lighting and warehouse racking.
- Assist other Facilities mechanics as needed for various maintenance projects.
- Various remodeling projects, including repairing sheet rock, painting, framing. Carpenter skill set a plus.
- Monitor electrical equipment through warehouse and office work spaces. Repair or replace electrical equipment as needed for normal and safe operation.
- Monitor and maintain the safe and normal operation of the facilities fire sprinkler system with assistance from outside service vendors.
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned including welding and fabricating projects.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Qualified individual will present well-rounded skills in maintenance, welding, electrical, plumbing and woodworking.
- Three (3) to five (5) years industrial experience preferred.
- Ability to operate power tools, use hand tools and drive forklift is required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug test.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs. at times
- 80% of time on feet.
- Provide own hand tools.
